Experience Required:

1+ years in recruitment (fast-paced/startup environment preferred)

Salary Range:

₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA

Educational Qualification:

• Preferred: MBA in HR
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate phone and online assessments
• Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet talent needs
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and generate reports
• Support leadership hiring and coordinate with CEO for final interviews (may involve late evening online calls)
• Contribute to employer branding and diversity initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with both tech and non-tech recruitment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup
• Fluent in tools like Excel, email, ATS platforms (preferred)
